This Privacy Notice Tara Villa Riverkwai Resort will describe how which each is separately operated and liable for controlling and handling your personal data. We collect, use and disclose personal data of our individual customers, contact persons of our customers (in case of our corporate customers) and any person who we receive their personal data, and tells you of data protection rights.

- When you visit or stay at hotel as a guest at our resort or through other offline interactions such as promotional events.

The term “Personal Data” in this Privacy Notice refers to any information which can be used to identify you as an individual, provided voluntarily when you connect with us by any means, whether oral, written or electronic, as listed below.
“Sensitive Data” means Personal Data classified by law as sensitive data. We will only collect, use, disclose and/or cross-border transfer Sensitive Data if we have received your explicit consent or as permitted by law.
The Personal Data we collect may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Payment information: such as debit/ credit card or bank information, credit/debit card number, credit card type, cycle cut, bank account details, payment details and records.
- Social media account: such as social media account ID and details provided on your social media accounts and sites.
- Behavior details: such as information about your purchasing behavior and data supplied through the use of our products and services.
- Data about family members and companions: such as names and ages of children.
- Guest preferences: such as (e.g. smoking/non-smoking room, preferred foods, beverages and types of pillow) enquiries and comments and other data such as your interests, activities, food and beverage choices, services and amenities of which you advise us or which we learn about during your visit.
- Sensitive data: such as Health information (e.g. allergies); disability information (e.g., hearing, mobility, visual, or wheelchair needs); Sensitive data from official identification documents (such as religion, race and ethnicity); religion.
The Purposes or reasons why we collect your personal data
- To identify as a guest of hotel.
- To operate the request from the guest.
- To encourage our development, services in order to reach the guest’s satisfaction.
- To provide and send basic information related to management such as account data in our system.
- To operate and control following by rules and conditions of promotion for advertising.
- To verify the guest’s credibility.
- To force the guest follow the law and rules without conditions in order to provide an excellent service including safety to the guest at the best.

- To inform, promote hotel’s offers or promotions to the guest.
- To send our service questionnaire.
How long we collect your private data
Hotel will collect personal data which is a part of guest’s personal data (including contact data, person data, financial data and transaction data) will maintain in our system for 5 years since you have booked a room. Besides, the others personal data will be recorded as long as necessary in order to archive the purposes which is mentioned in this privacy notice. However, your personal data will be recorded to be consistent our policy and terms of law strictly.

We might change this privacy notice occasionally. If this revision has an effect on you significantly as personal data holder, we will notify you as appropriate in advance. We encourage you to follow this privacy notice for any changes.

- เพื่อระบุตัวตนในกรณีที่ลูกค้าเป็นผู้เข้าพักกับทางโรงแรม

- เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนา การบริการที่มีอยู่ของเราให้กับแขกผู้เข้าพักทุกท่าน

ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนตัว
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อมูลส่วนตัวลูกค้า (รวมถึงข้อมูลติดต่อ ข้อมูลตัวตน ข้อมูลการเงิน และข้อมูลการทำธุรกรรม) จะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี นับจากวันที่ท่านได้ดำเนินการจองห้องพัก โดยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลประเภทอื่นเราจะเก็บรักษาไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ระบุไว้ในประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ โดยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกเก็บไว้ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของเรา และข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด
